Return & Refund Policy – ExclusiveCrowns

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery (unless marked “Final Sale”).

• Items must be unused, in original condition, and have all original tags attached.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

• Final Sale items (limited edition drops, collectibles) are non-returnable.

• Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
