Processing Time

• All orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days from our headquarters in Ponce, Puerto Rico.
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Times

• Puerto Rico & U.S. Mainland: 3–6 business days (via USPS, UPS, or FedEx).
• Canada: 6–10 business days.
• International Orders (Europe, Latin America, Asia): 7–20 business days depending on destination and customs clearance.
• Please note that international delivery times may vary due to customs inspections, local postal services, and regional delays outside of our control.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

• A tracking number will be provided by email once your order has shipped.
• You can monitor the status of your package directly with the carrier.

International Customs & Duties

• Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.
