Refund policy

At ExclusiveCrownsPR, we are committed to providing authentic products and accurate order fulfillment. Please review our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
Returns
We accept returns only under the following circumstances:
- The item received is damaged during shipping.
- The item received is defective.
- The wrong item was shipped.
If your order meets one of these conditions, you must contact us within 7 calendar days after delivery.
To help us evaluate your request, please include:
- Your order number.
- A detailed description of the issue.
- Clear photographs of the item and its packaging.
Items Not Eligible for Return
Returns will not be accepted for:
- Buyer’s remorse or change of mind.
- Incorrect size, color, style, or model selected by the customer.
- Opened or used video games.
- Products showing signs of misuse, alteration, or accidental damage.
- Clearance or final sale items.
- Gift cards or digital products.
Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of our decision.
If the return is approved:
- A refund will be issued to the original payment method.
- Processing time is typically 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return resulted from our error.
Return Shipping
If the return is approved because we shipped the wrong item or the product arrived damaged or defective, ExclusiveCrownsPR will cover the reasonable return shipping costs or provide a prepaid return shipping label when available.
Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only before they have been processed for shipment.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Authentic Products
All products sold by ExclusiveCrownsPR are authentic products obtained through legitimate retail and distribution channels.
ExclusiveCrownsPR is an independent retailer based in Puerto Rico. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, we are not the official store, manufacturer, or authorized representative of the brands whose products we sell. All trademarks, logos, and brand names remain the property of their respective owners.
